Beginning 2009, Career Development Services is now

Career Development Services has been helping people develop their careers since 1988….making the year 2008 a significant year in the life of our business. For twenty years we have successfully worked with our Clients and Candidates to provide next step solutions as they navigate an ocean of career storms, obstacles and choices .

We have always been proud of living up to our name Career Development Services, but as we go into the new year we have taken a moment to reexamine ourselves and ask the tough questions … Can we improve? Can we do more?

Our answer is Yes!!!

We started with our name Career Development Services. We love that name but when we asked can we do more, can we improve…we came to the conclusion that Career Development does a great job of describing what we do, but the word Service is an area we can take to the next level. The word service brings to mind “Customer Satisfaction”. We have a lot of clients and candidates who say we do a great job of customer satisfaction. Our goal is to take “Customer Satisfaction” to the next level and deliver more than satisfaction. The result of this challenging thought process brought us to the term “Partners”. Partner has more than satisfaction built into it; it has “Relationship” which is a whole new level of service. We believe if we put relationship into every service we render we will “Partner” with our clients and candidates and their experience with us will do more than satisfy, it will provide solutions and impact their life for the better.

Starting in 2009 we are adopting a new name “Career Development Partners”. I hope you will celebrate with us as we take the “Partners” concept to not only giving us a new name but a new look, a new logo, and a new redesigned website. The logo represents the partnership with people – reaching out with a handshake and a pat on the back. Whether outplacement, executive search or executive coaching, the partnership represents a full talent management philosophy for our clients and candidates..
