
Executive Coach / Senior Consultant
Arlene’s extensive experience in Career Development, Training,Counseling and Executive and Professional Coaching in the corporate, management consulting, and outplacement arenas makes her highly qualified to make a strong contribution to Career Development Services.
She was formerly with Challenger, Gray & Christmas, an
International Outplacement firm and Vice President of OCM, a Management Consulting Firm providing Executive Coaching and Outplacement. Arlene was also Corporate Manager of Employee Development at The Williams Companies.
Her background includes authoring and conducting Career Development and Job Search Skill Training Programs, Executive and Managerial Coaching, Career and Professional Coaching, Retirement Coaching and Transition Management.
In addition to holding a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Utah, where she specialized in Career Development, Training and Organizational Development, she is a Certified Professional Coach through The Academy of Coach Training, an ICF accredited school. She also holds certificates as a Life-Time Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), as a Career Management Professional (CMP) and is a Trained Retirement Coach.
Arlene is passionate in her commitment to helping people make meaningful career and life decisions and successful transitions that will lead to lives filled with satisfaction and purpose, at any stage of life.
An active leader in a variety of prestigious professional associations and community service boards she is currently a member of International Coach Federation (ICF). Arlene has been President of American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) in Salt Lake City, Utah, Vice President of Tulsa Area ASTD and Diversity Director for both Salt Lake City Society for Human Resource Management and Tulsa Area Human Resource Association. She has also served on the board of Business in Training Services (BITS) for Tulsa Technology Center, Management Development Center (University of Tulsa), Education Workgroup for the American Petroleum Institute, Project with Industries and Tulsa Consumer Credit Counseling Center and is a founding member of the Cancer Wellness House in Salt Lake City, Utah.
