Dawn is an experienced recruiter and relationship manager. She has been involved in staffing and job placement for 9 years.

Most recently, Dawn spent 3 years as an on-site consultant at a major Aerospace manufacturer. During this time, she was involved in setting up hiring processes and managed some of the most high volume areas of hiring, receiving awards for dedication and results. She has experience recruiting in numerous fields, both nationally and internationally. She has received training in the fields of HR, employment law, and has trained others in use of applicant tracking.

Dawn feels it is important to have a relationship with the client beyond just sending resumes, and enjoys getting to know each individual throughout the process.

Dawn and her husband Kyle welcomed their first child in 2008, a boy. They also enjoy playing golf, volleyball, and softball, as well as attending church.
