
I am pleased to announce that Keith Hofmann has joined CPI as our new Major Account Vice President, replacing Ed Pierson, who as you know, left for personal reasons earlier this fall. He will be reporting to me and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to
capture national and international sales by identifying target companies and coordinating sales activities among partners in the primary service areas of Outplacement, Talent Management and Executive Coaching.Keith brings a wealth of experience to this position, having been with both a major private outplacement firm as well as an international company. Keith began his business career with positions in human resources and general management with Rexnord Inc, and later moved to Bristol Myers Squibb, where he served as Vice President Human Resources for one of their medical device companies. In 1992 he joined Thompson Consulting, then a part of OI, as a
minority partner, where he started and grew their offices in the Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois markets. Following the sale of Thompson to Lee Hecht Harrison, Keith eventually assumed responsibility for all of LHH’s operations in Southern and Eastern Wisconsin before leaving the firm in 2004. After a year in the Executive Search business, Keith and his wife retired to Fairhope, Alabama, where they currently reside.
In addition to growing his area of business from nothing to over $2 million in annual sales, he has extensive experience in career development activities, having personally worked with over 500 individuals with a variety of backgrounds in individual and group programs, as well as completing several executive coaching assignments.
Keith has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and has done graduate work at Jacksonville State University. He has attended numerous continuing education programs including those at Harvard Business School, Dartmouth College, and the University of Wisconsin-
Madison. His professional affiliations include The Society of Human Resource Management, the Midwest Human Resource Planners Group, and The Executive Committee (TEC).
