Mike is a Certified Personnel Consultant and President of Career Development Partners, a full life cycle Talent Management Company dedicated to providing solutions and impacting lives.  Mike is a successful entrepreneur and people developer.  Prior to coming to Career Development Partners, Mike was the founder and President of Influencing Leadership, Inc.

Mike is an innovative talent management consultant recognized as a dynamic trainer, speaker and a dedicated leader who gets results.  For over twenty years Mike has been bringing positive change to corporate leaders in the area of Hiring, Training, and Developing people.

He says, “You can boil any business down to three basic strategies: Products, Profits and People. Out of these, the people strategy is the most important. If you don’t hire the right people, there is no strategy that will work.”

Here are a few of his projects:

  • Partnered with an Aerospace client developing a strategic recruiting plan resulting in a dramatic increase in their Engineering Hires (Hired 60 Design and Stress Engineers in 9 months.)
  • Successful filled a position for a client to find a Plant Manager willing to commit to live five years in Saudi Arabia.
  • Executive Search assignment to recruit a team of sales professionals in the UK for a client.  The new sales team grossed $1.5 Million in their first few months of business.
  • Executive Search assignment to find a Licensed PHD Pediatric Psychologist that would relocate to the State of Arkansas…The client had retained a big name firm in Chicago and got no results over a six month period.  Mike took the assignment and filled it in 60 days.   Mike has been able to find the hard to find candidates for companies all over the world from Engineers to COO’s.
  • Partnered with a sales organization where he created systems for hiring quality sales professionals, taking the company from 150 sales professionals to over 600.
  • Worked with a company that was experiencing high turnover, developed and implemented quality control standards for the selection process of new hires, reducing first year turnover by 22%.
  • Established leadership training curriculum and assessment, personally conducting training workshops and one-on-one goal setting meetings that delivered measurable behavior change.
