Nancy Love came to Career Development Partners in July of 2007 bringing over twelve years of recruiting and fifteen years of office management/accounting experience to our company.

Nancy’s recruiting experience includes eight years of industrial and technical recruiting for manufacturing facilities in Tulsa and Pryor, Ok., four plus years of administrative/office and customer service recruiting, as well as an extensive IT recruiting project for a Tulsa company.

As a recruiter, Nancy thrived on motivating and counseling candidates who were out of work to help them move forward in their next employment opportunity, as well as coaching candidates on resume development and interviewing skills.

Originally hired as the US Research Manager/Office Coordinator sourcing candidates for the recruiting division and helping with the administration of our Outplacement division, Nancy took on more and more responsibility as our staff grew and was promoted to Office Manager in January of 2008. Often referred to as ‘the glue that holds the office together’, she oversees operations of the office including being our full charge bookkeeper.

In November of 2008, Nancy was promoted to Director, Business Service with expanded responsibilities in the Outplacement Division with clients and facilitating Outplacement workshops.
