Rick Christensen has been a career consultant for over 17 years, serving a very broad-based and diverse clientele. He is recognized for effective group facilitation, one-on-one coaching and consultation at all levels including senior executive. Rick served as Vice President/Managing Director for Right Management, a global career transition and organizational consultancy, assisting corporate clients maximize the return on investment in their people. Rick’s passion is coaching individuals through career transitions, in developing career management strategies and in identifying and sharpening competencies to open doors to new opportunities. His efforts have assisted thousands of individuals achieve their full potential. Rick has a background in human resources, recruiting, career planning, corporate training and line management in manufacturing. Rick has collaborated on two college level textbooks in human resources.
