I want to thank you and your staff for all of the assistance and support in my recent job search. The classes provided during outplacement were beneficial in focusing on where I wanted to pursue my career search, and your personal coaching helped me revise my resume and consider my options.
My Coach was extremely helpful in giving me a recruiter’s point of view on the interview. He coached me through a mock interview and helped me modify my answers for maximum effectiveness. He was also able to get me noticed for a couple of higher level positions in the Tulsa area.
Lastly, I want to thank my Account Manager for his tireless assistance in closing the deal with my new employer. At first it appeared that the position was lower paying than what I was interested in, and that we were too far apart in salary expectations to come together. Dean patiently indulged me as I interviewed with several other companies after my initial interview with Sagebrush. He kept the opportunity alive and as my interviews progressed, I became sold on the opportunity. The process went so smoothly that I received my asking price when I countered the original offer. This offer represents a 25% pay increase over my previous position. Even he was surprised that they came up as much as they did.
Career Development Partners is a one-stop shop for reentering the workforce. The professional staff has an excellent reputation in the area and anyone given the opportunity to work with them should take advantage of it.

We employed the services of Career Development Partners to help us with some reorganization efforts. In doing so they offered me a chance to receive their mailing on local candidates that had recently been separated from their employer due to reorganization efforts that were free of any fees. I said sure. Long story short, we found a candidate that was local, qualified and a good fit to our industry from their list. We made a call to CDP, and they gave me the contact info and It was like a gift, we filled a professional role with a local candidate. Hi Tom,
How are you? I am so glad to hear from you. I had so much going on. But God works his wonders in His own good time, and I have been blessed with the position of Vice President of Marketing. The company (I am going to work for) is in Tulsa and so I do not have to move. I have just accepted the offer, after some brief negotiations. I am quite satisfied with the offer. I will start the new job on October 1st. I am thankful for the smooth transition.

I have taken a quick look at your materials. They are very informative and certainly will be referred and used throughout the rest of my career, including future raises negotiation. I have to admit that now I can see why job seekers can not afford not to have or access the type of career development services like yours.

I just received the job offer…  I knew I was one of 2 finalists last Friday.  [They] ….called all 5 of my references….  They offered a higher salary than the minimum (10% higher!).  I start out with 20 days of vacation in addition to holidays…..
