Daniel is a seasoned marketer of consumer products where he honed his skills for tackling opportunities and
challenges with a strategic, comprehensive and customer-focused approach. In multiple marketing roles he enjoyed
success in turning around and building businesses that brought profitability to the organization.Most recently, Daniel headed up his own company where he gained valuable experience in staffing, training and
developing individuals to achieve success for themselves and for the company. The organization thrived as a result
of these successes and because of the customer relationships he developed and maintained. Daniel believes his experiences of rolling up his sleeves and digging into what is most important to the stakeholders will help
tremendously in creating mutually beneficial partnerships with the clients and candidates with whom he works.

Daniel relishes his time with his two favorite girls – his wife and daughter. He also enjoys maintaining relationships
through his efforts with multiple fund-raising organizations including the alumni association of his alma mater Northeastern State University. He remains physically and mentally active by playing soccer and golf as well as
coaching his daughter’s soccer team (though secretly his favorite hobby is coming up with creative ways to prepare
unique meals with tortillas).
