Solomon has a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Technology degree from Karunya University, India. He
is a strong business professional creating business and opportunities for people in India, America and Canada. He
has been managing projects for Career Development Services, Inc. since 2007. One of his important projects has been managing a team of researchers to find candidates for all the jobs that CDS is working. He is working directly with the CDS recruiters and successfully finding hard to find candidates from Engineers, to HR Professionals. He has recently developed a new website for CDS (cdsemployment.com) were he is driving candidates to the website to apply for jobs online. His latest venture with CDS is to develop a team of recruiters in India that will research, find, recruit and fill positions for American companies with locations in India.
