Prior to Career Development Partners, Travis served as President of Personnel Consultants, a professional staffing and placement company which consisted of 6 offices located in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Under his leadership, Personnel Consultants was the recipient of Inc. Bill has received many awards for excellence in human resources. When Travis Jones purchased Career Development Partners, Bill re-joined the team to lead the leadership development practice. He is involved in ongoing executive coaching and succession planning for clients of Career Development Partners.
Bill received his doctorate in counseling psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He is certified in the New Horizons Retirement Coaching, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and by the Center for Creative Leadership in all their 360 multi-rater products.
