His experience includes 16 years of physician / staff recruitment, hospital and physician practice leadership, healthcare consulting and international healthcare recruitment roles plus 16 years of experience in automated technology sales and services. Having been in healthcare management roles, he knows what healthcare leadership and clinician candidates’ face in today’s changing service delivery environments and what they seek to satisfy patient care service needs. He truly enjoys the head hunting process, filling new positions in corporate, financial, environmental, food & beverage, hospital or clinic settings, digging into a search, identifying great candidates and counseling / assisting the client, the candidate and the candidate’s families to obtain an exciting job in a community they can thrive in.
